Richard Armitage - Preludes by Thomas Stearns Eliot Part 2

Still on TheRApy. I was at work in Saturday, tomorrow another hard day. I really need something different than work or I'll kill somebody..... I like this what I'm doing, but having boss like mine is awful! I'm thinkling about making something different in life. There is nothing more what I can do in my work, no promotion, NO FUTURE! I really wish to be optician and working like that! Only I need money for school, time (2 years - extramural) and private lessions of physics. I'm mostly humanist, but I have to change my life. I'm starting this september. I'm too old for NO FUTURE! and boss with pathological behaviour. Optican or Jail.... Choice is ONE!

Chocolate Day

Edit: I started to write this post yesterday, but was too tired to end it :) and I was sleeping on a table for 3 hours. ;D

I don't know if this is right date, because some people are talking about September 13th or February 9th and many many more. No matter. Chocolate doesn't need particular day.

About dark chocolate

"chemically speaking, chocolate is the world's perfect food."
Michael Levin - Nutritional researcher

Favourite chocolate :)

Richard Armitage reads The Night Watch for England by Edward Shanks (1942)
Thank You DanielleRCA

BTW: Chocolate Boy licking his fingers this is Matthias Streitwieser.
Is really sad, because he isn't with us. He passed away June 1st 2009. In Memory HERE

Over the Misty Mountains Cold by Tolkien

Far over the Misty Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and caverns old,
We must away, ere break of day,
To seek our pale enchanted gold.

The dwarves of yore made mighty spells,
While hammers fell like ringing bells,
In places deep, where dark things sleep,
In hollow halls beneath the fells.

For ancient king and elvish lord
There many a gleaming golden hoard
They shaped and wrought, and light they caught,
To hide in gems on hilt of sword.

On silver necklaces they strung
The flowering stars, on crowns they hung
The dragon-fire, on twisted wire
They meshed the light of moon and sun.

Far over the Misty Mountains cold,
To dungeons deep and caverns old,
We must away, ere break of day,
To claim our long-forgotten gold.

Goblets they carved there for themselves,
And harps of gold, where no man delves
There lay they long, and many a song
Was sung unheard by men or elves.

The pines were roaring on the heights,
The wind was moaning in the night,
The fire was red, it flaming spread,
The trees like torches blazed with light.

The bells were ringing in the dale,
And men looked up with faces pale.
The dragon's ire, more fierce than fire,
Laid low their towers and houses frail.

The mountain smoked beneath the moon.
The dwarves, they heard the tramp of doom.
They fled the hall to dying fall
Beneath his feet, beneath the moon.

Far over the Misty Mountains grim,
To dungeons deep and caverns dim,
We must away, ere break of day,
To win our harps and gold from him!

The wind was on the withered heath,
But in the forest stirred no leaf:
There shadows lay be night or day,
And dark things silent crept beneath.

The wind came down from mountains cold,
And like a tide it roared and rolled.
The branches groaned, the forest moaned,
And leaves were laid upon the mould.

The wind went on from West to East;
All movement in the forest ceased.
But shrill and harsh across the marsh,
Its whistling voices were released.

The grasses hissed, their tassels bent,
The reeds were rattling--on it went.
O'er shaken pool under heavens cool,
Where racing clouds were torn and rent.

It passed the Lonely Mountain bare,
And swept above the dragon's lair:
There black and dark lay boulders stark,
And flying smoke was in the air.

It left the world and took its flight
Over the wide seas of the night.
The moon set sale upon the gale,
And stars were fanned to leaping light.

Under the Mountain dark and tall,
The King has come unto his hall!
His foe is dead, the Worm of Dread,
And ever so his foes shall fall!

The sword is sharp, the spear is long,
The arrow swift, the Gate is strong.
The heart is bold that looks on gold;
The dwarves no more shall suffer wrong.

The dwarves of yore made mighty spells,
While hammers fell like ringing bells
In places deep, where dark things sleep,
In hollow halls beneath the fells.

On silver necklaces they strung
The light of stars, on crowns they hung
The dragon-fire, from twisted wire
The melody of harps they wrung.

The mountain throne once more is freed!
O! Wandering folk, the summons heed!
Come haste! Come haste! Across the waste!
The king of freind and kin has need.

Now call we over the mountains cold,
'Come back unto the caverns old!'
Here at the gates the king awaits,
His hands are rich with gems and gold.

The king has come unto his hall
Under the Mountain dark and tall.
The Worm of Dread is slain and dead,
And ever so our foes shall fall!

Farewell we call to hearth and hall!
Though wind may blow and rain may fall,
We must away, ere break of day
Far over the wood and mountain tall.

To Rivendell, where Elves yet dwell
In glades beneath the misty fell.
Through moor and waste we ride in haste,
And whither then we cannot tell.

With foes ahead, behind us dread,
Beneath the sky shall be our bed,
Until at last our toil be passed,
Our journey done, our errand sped.

We must away! We must away!
We ride before the break of day!

North & South 7 years after premiere

14 November 2004 was aired first episode of the most wonderful period drama I've ever seen!

"North & South"

with Daniela Denby-Ashe as Margaret Hale and Richard Armitage as John Thornton.

Second episode - 21 November 2004
Third episode - 28 November 2004
Fourth episode - 5 December 2004

My fankle moment started from this series. I was searching for other period dramas than "P&P" or "S&S" to watch on YT. That was warm october 2008... very hard time for me. First I spend all vacation watching "Doctor Who" ... I don't even remember how this started, just I noticed that listen and watching something in other language can easy take all my attention and I wasn't able to think about my problems. Than I started to watch other series and movies. That was really fast learning of new language. And than I saw this movie on YT, just as wonderful list of period dramas.

I didn't notice that moment on 1:28 i was writting some title... and than I saw this one 3:38

Photobucket

And in my mind was: "WOAH!!!! Who is this dude??...What...what!!! was he before in this movie!!!???? What a wonderful nose!!! North&South!! North&South...write this write this!!! Is this on YT?"

And 7:47 PURE PERFECTION!!!! I was sitting with my mouth open.

First I was watching only scenes with Margaret and John, and after some time I was watching all series. Not understanded everything for the first time, so I was really happy to watch this again and again. And I discover that DVD premiere of this series was in Poland June 6th 2008! So I had luck to buy it! Now I have 3 copies...well 4 one is from newspaper series of costume dramas. But should say almost 5. I can live with it ;D.

Last time when I was listen to "N&S" was in monday, because I haven't now time to watch this so this is in my earphones when I'm working at home.
I really fainted when I was listen to Thornton's voice for the first time.

In Poland is only one Monet's painting:

"La plage à Pourville, soleil couchant"

Painted (Oil on canvas) in 1882 when Monet was in Pourville-sur-Mer.
Bought by the National Museum in Poznań in 1906

Long szlong

Hello!

PhotobucketPhotobucketI wasn't posting at monday, because I was drinking beer (Pilsner Urquel of course!). And I have really weak head to this kind of drinks. And I was ridding in tram to hell with 666 numer on it. So now nothing can scare me! Well You working hard and You don't have money for vacation, to go somewhere. Well You can, but You should take credit, and be grounded for something about more than year. I like my home and I have many things to do in my home, so I don't have problems with vacation. Of course I wish to see some other countries, but not at all costs. I have many things to discover even sitting in my home.
PhotobucketPhotobucketNow I'm drinking cherry "Lubelska Wiśniówka" and now I know how are felling all grannies who have cherry bottles in their pockets and taking gulp from time to time. It is only 100ml and 34% of alcohol, but this probably will kill me tomorrow. Did You fell this kind of smart on tongue at the beginning when You are drinking cherry? After this is funny feeling, that You can't stop laughing. And I'm watching North&South and writting on Blogger in this same time. Oh and Thornton beating Stephens! OMG! I love this shouting!

Check this out on Chirbit

INSANE!!! Polish vodka is really good. For gourmets. Well I don't know from experience, but I'd heard. I mean Insane is Thornton shouting not polish vodka.
PhotobucketBut I'm not only drinking. This cherry is my last before my B-day in august. I'm eating too :) mostly apples and my fav fruits - Peaches! This time I have apples from NZ but with number 94174 Royal Gala. YAY!!! "Organically grown! Well done, no nasties on that fruit!"

Fruit Sticker 94174: Apples, Royal Gala from New Zealand HERE

At last I had time to buy some more books. My new are:
From Heyer: Hazardzistka - Faro's daughter, Maskarada - The Masqueraders, Rezolutna - Reluctant widow.

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket

PhotobucketPhotobucketAnd at last I bought this audiobook "Wuthering Heights" on sale for 1/4 price! I was thinking of this one and thinking and still this was too much for me - 10 euro. And voila! Power of the subconscious! Why You not always work!?

Particular peculiarity

On my wasteland I discover at last my Id and couple of thoughts around. You probably know this Freud's idea about id, ego and superego?
The id is the set of uncoordinated instinctual trends; the ego is the organised, realistic part; and the super-ego plays the critical and moralising role.

So my Id at last is there and Id wants sleep, eat and pee. But my Id is thinking after this last post on my blog with Pilsner Urquell Challenge: "ok maybe I'm not smoking and drinking, so maybe I was design for something other like e(id).g..... sex."
"No no no my Dear!, for sex I was design" - oh here is my Ego - "Dear Id You can help me, we have to only choose what kind of sexual freak we wish to be. Ok?"

"Oh yes, yes, please!"

"I have list of this what can be fun. Ok so we can be:

ablutophil - in water

Photobucket

acousticophil - when You are hearing Your fav song, music and other sounds etc.

Photobucket

"Oh I love "Sylvester" too. Me are really sleepy after that and relaxited" - Id was jumping.

endytophil - when partner is fully clothed

Photobucket

frotteurism - about friction

Photobucket

stigmatophil - body piercings and tattoos

Photobucket

mechanophil - attraction to cars and other vehicles

Photobucket

podophil - feet

Photobucket

trichophil - hair

Photobucket

and..."

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!???"

"crap.. again this gaoler.. Hello Superego... " - well as You can see Ego isn't happy.

"I said.. What are You doing?"

"Having fun. Without You. BTW where have You been?

"I was very busy"

"..Yeah right...wonder with what" - Ego doesn't like Superego not because Superego has Super before Ego.

"With many things which You don't understand now. Id did you pee already?"

"Yes and eat and many many sleep" - Id was jumping very happy.

"Good.. and You Ego... Are You feeling good?"

"I was ...feeling good, When You were not here."

"Get used to! Now we have work to do."

"MOLES!!! I love MOLES!!!" - Id screams and is really happy now.

"Great Id! Now You become pignusphil".

"Ego?"

"Yes Id?"

"But what kind of name is for somebody who has all these philias?"
